BOARD OF DIRECTORS
All affairs of the Association are conducted by the Board of Directors
(hereinafter called B.O.D). The B.O.D consists of elected officers (hereinafter
referred to as the "Directors").
The Board of Directors is assisted by the Board of Trustees, Board of
Education, Ladies' council, Youth and Seniors as well as Committees and Sub
Committees in the administration of the affairs and activities of the
Association.
Term
The B.O.D holds office for two (2) fiscal years or excepting
dissolution, until such time that the new B.O.D takes office.
